Over the last five years, few attorneys have spent more time in the courthouse than Okorie Okorocha. A dynamic presence in the courtroom and a tireless advocate for his clients, Mr. Okorocha has spent nearly ten years trying cases throughout courts in California. Mr. Okorocha has broad experience representing the accused in a range of criminal matters, and has tried numerous employment cases in the area of sexual harassment. He has successfully litigated employment cases against some of the largest corporations in the world.

Rated a “Top Lawyer” according to Pasadena Magazine for 2009-2011, and a “Rising Star” in 2010 and 2011 according to Los Angeles Magazine, Mr. Okorocha brings valuable trial experience to each of his cases. Many attorneys rarely go to court, let alone try cases to verdict before a jury, and Mr. Okorocha’s substantial trial experience helps him target essential evidence, understand juror attitudes, and establish themes at trial that resonate with jurors. Reflecting his commitment to individuals harmed by their employers, Mr. Okorocha is a committee member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, and a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Okorocha is one of a small percentage of attorneys who is board-certified in Criminal Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Okorocha has a master’s level education in Forensic Science from the University of Florida, giving him a unique edge in cases involving sexual misconduct and other technical issues of evidence.

Mr. Okorocha received his B.A. from California State University, Northridge in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2002. He will receive his Master’s Degree in Forensic Science from the University of Florida in 2013.
